Contact the seller (airline or agency) named on your receipt for refunds, changes or name fixes. If the seller doesn’t answer, Aviasales says to message its support with your ticket (How Aviasales works).
In the Klook app or site, go to Bookings, then Apply for refund, or tap Need help with this booking? → Chat with us. Refunds depend on each activity’s cancellation policy (Klook FAQ).
Manage or cancel from your confirmation email or your Booking.com account, or contact Booking.com Customer Service. The property’s own policy decides any cancellation fee.

Refunds, date or route changes, name corrections, extra baggage bought with the ticket, payment problems and receipts. If an agency sold the ticket, start with the agency, because the airline may send you back to it.
Check-in, boarding, delays and cancellations at the airport (meals, hotel, rebooking care), and lost, delayed or damaged bags. File a baggage report (PIR) at the airline’s desk before you leave the airport.
Ito ang mga pinaka-importanteng rules. Our full Baggage guide and Refunds and changes guide are coming soon. Rules apply only to flights in their scope, and airlines may apply them differently case by case.
Covers flights departing Saudi airports on any airline, Saudi airlines’ flights, and baggage complaints on flights arriving in Saudi Arabia (GACA regulation, English text).
Covers Philippine airlines (like PAL and Cebu Pacific), including flights home from abroad, and foreign airlines’ flights leaving the Philippines (CAB).
The Philippines and Saudi Arabia have both joined it.
SDR (Special Drawing Rights) is an IMF currency unit, worth roughly 5 SAR per SDR; the exact rate changes daily. Compensation is decided case by case.
You can claim directly from the airline for free: use the airline’s refund or feedback form, then escalate to the CAB or GACA if needed (see above). If you’d rather not do it yourself, a claim service can handle it for you, but they take a fee or commission from what you get, and they mostly handle flights covered by EU, UK or similar rules. Check if your flight qualifies before you sign up.

See, change, cancel or refund your booking, file claims for you, or speak for the airline, the agency, Klook or Booking.com. We’re not the seller, so we have no access to your booking.
No. Flypinas is an independent travel information website. Our flight search, powered by Aviasales, sends you to the airline or an online travel agency, and that seller takes your payment and issues your ticket. Hotels and activities are booked on Klook or Booking.com. We can’t see, change, cancel or refund any booking.
Check the confirmation email: the sender is usually the seller. Your e-ticket or itinerary receipt also shows the seller’s or agency’s name, and so does your card or bank statement. Aviasales says the seller’s name is on the itinerary receipt or payment receipt, and its FAQ has a seller contact lookup.
For refunds, date changes and name corrections, go to the agency that sold the ticket first. Airlines often send agency tickets back to the agent, and PAL says online refunds aren’t available for tickets bought from travel agencies. At the airport, though, the airline handles check-in, delays, rebooking care and baggage, whoever sold the ticket.
Before you leave the airport, go to the airline’s baggage desk and file a Property Irregularity Report (PIR), then keep the reference number and your bag tag. Under the Montreal Convention, send the airline a written complaint within 7 days for a damaged bag and within 21 days for a delayed bag. Baggage claims are always with the airline, even if an agency sold your ticket.
Send the seller your complaint in writing first and keep the reference number. For flights covered by Philippine rules, contact the Civil Aeronautics Board: hotline 165-66 or complaints.cab.gov.ph. For flights departing Saudi Arabia, GACA says to complain to the airline first. If the airline doesn’t respond within 7 days, or you don’t accept its answer, escalate to GACA within 60 days of the incident: call 1929 or use its complaints page.
We can explain your options and point you to the official pages, and you can message us on Messenger. We can’t contact the seller on your behalf, issue a refund or change a booking, because the booking isn’t with us.
