This page explains how to stop messages from Flypinas and how to have your data deleted. It covers the Flypinas Messenger bot and anything you sent us through flypinas.com.
Open your Messenger chat with Flypinas and type STOP. You are removed from flight alerts right away and will get a confirmation message. Type ALERTS anytime to join again.
Email coco@flypinas.com with the subject “Delete my data”. To help us find your record, tell us:
We delete your Messenger record (your page-scoped ID, first and last message times, and alert region) and any emails or form messages you sent us within 30 days, and we confirm by reply once it is done.
You can also block or delete the conversation with Flypinas in Messenger. Your chat history in Messenger is stored by Meta, and you can delete it in the Messenger app. See Messenger Help.
